Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it. It must be unused, unworn, free of odours with all labels and tags still attached. Several types of goods may be exempt from being returned. These may include, perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items and hazardous
materials. Any items not eligible for return will be clearly stated in the descriptions section of the product.

To complete your return, we will also require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
How to Return

Your return should be well packaged, in its original packaging (if possible) with your proof of purchase inside.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We do not accept responsibility for returned parcels until they are received back at Pacific Dove,13 The Homend, Ledbury HR8 1BN. Therefore, we highly recommend you use a trackable signed service that’s insured.
Receiving your Refund (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Please note, we can only offer exchange for items to the same value. If you’d like to exchange your purchase please state this when you contact us, along with the item description colour and size (were applicable) that you’d like in exchange. Once we have contacted you to confirm acceptance of exchange, you can
then proceed to follow our ‘how to return’ steps (explained above). Exchanges may take up to 5-7 days to process. This may take longer dependent on where you live.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
We aim to process your refund within 2 working days of receiving your returned product/s. Please note: refunds can take 5-7 days to process. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account
again. If you still haven’t received a refund please contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
